A little while ago, we ran a contest with bloggers to see who could come up with the best original blog entry. Katie and her 1LittlePrick blog took the grand prize. Sam cooked his shirataki noodles for her in his kitchen and sent her the video!

It has come to our attention that some of our readers have been unable to find the serving sizes for some of the recipes inside of The Sweet Life book. The serving sizes are included in the book next to each recipe. It’s the number located inside of the little plate icon! Hope that helps!
